THIS PRODUCT IS DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY! This product contains sodium
chlorite, an oxidizing or Class V chemical. BEFORE USING this product it is obligatory that the end
user review the “Instruction Sheet” provided with the product in its entirety and follow it precisely.
Use of the product in any way other than as specified in the product’s Instruction Sheet will void all
warranties and may result in an injurious chemical hazard. PureLine Treatment Systems, LLC will not
be liable for any damage (including but not limited to special and/or consequential damages, indirect
loss, loss of profits, loss of equipment, plant down-time, general damages due to personal injury,
punitive damages or any other liabilities to the product’s end user or third parties) arising out of a
failure to abide by the Instruction Sheet and/or the misuse of the product by either the sole or
contributory negligence of the end user, its employees, agents, and/or any third party.

HAZARDS TO HUMANS & DOMESTIC ANIMALS
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This product is toxic to fish and aquatic organisms. Do not discharge effluent containing this product
into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans or other public waters unless in accordance with the
requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting
authority has been notified in writing prior to the discharge. Do not discharge effluent containing this
product to sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment plant authority.

CHEMICAL HAZARDS
Danger: strong oxidizing agent. Mix only into water. Contamination may start a chemical reaction with
generation of heat, liberation of hazardous gases (chlorine dioxide a poisonous explosive gas), and
possible fire and explosion. Do not contaminate with moisture, garbage, dirt, organic matter, household
products, chemicals, soap products, paint products, solvents, acids, vinegar, beverages, oils, pine oil,
dirty rags, or any other foreign matter. Do not use moist or damp utensils.

USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use the product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
