Doug Kelley, Ph.D Technical Consultant
doug.kelley@pureline.com
When my five year-old son asks me what I do, I proudly tell him that I help make water clean for all people, says Doug Kelley. Kelleys mission is fueled by his keen intellect and field-proven, time-tested experience. With four patents and 21 published articles to his credit, Kelley is a highly respected expert in chlorine dioxide chemistry. Businesses and communities across the nation have sought his counsel regarding safe and effective ways to eliminate the health risks posed by waterborne pathogens and other dangerous contaminates. I want to simplify industrial chemistry for non-chemists, Kelley admits. Before bringing his extensive knowledge to PureLine, Kelley was a Research Associate with Nalco Chemical Companys Risk Assessment and Water Hygiene Management. He received his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Iowa State University and a B.A. in Chemistry from St. Marys College.
