HP Series

The HP series utilizes a patented electrolytic generation process that utilizes a single non-hazardous pre-cursor to create 99.5% pure chlorine dioxide (ClO2). This is the purest from of chlorine dioxide available!

The system is capable of feeding multiple dosage points simultaneously allowing for several applications from a single generator. The HP series is a common platform system allowing for cost effective, on-site capacity upgrades that grow with your operation or facility.

The HP series is commonly used within Hospitals and Healthcare facilities to control water borne pathogens and biofilm. Most Healthcare clients utilize an HP series for Legionella control. The HP series is also used within the Food and Beverage industry with a focus on washing and treating fruits and vegetables.

CG Series

The CG series generator is a two chemical system using PureMax (a proprietary blend of chlorate and reducing agents) and high strength sulfuric acid to chlorine dioxide at over 95% efficiency. This process is the most economical way to produce medium to large amounts of chlorine dioxide (20 to 4000lbs/day). The CG generator produces chlorine dioxide on demand efficiently and without the need for additional storage or delivery pumps (up to 30psig delivery pressure without the need for a booster pump).

The CG series has very few moving parts making it very low maintenance and reliable to operate even under extremely harsh conditions.

The CG series generator is commonly utilized in industrial settings treating cooling towers, the oilfield, commercial marine applications, and within municipal water systems.

DC3 Series

The DC3 series generator is a three-chemical system using Sodium Chlorite, Hydrochloric Acid, and Sodium Hypochlorite to produce chlorine dioxide at over 95% efficiency (Chlorite Conversion to chlorine dioxide in the final product).

This process is the most economical way to produce medium to large amounts of chlorine dioxide (20 to 4000lbs/day). The DC3 generator produces chlorine dioxide on demand, safely, efficiently and without the need for additional storage or delivery pumps (up to 80psig delivery pressure without the need for a booster pump).

The DC3 series has very few moving parts making it very low maintenance and reliable to operate even under extremely harsh conditions. The system has built-in flow pacing capability (with the use of an external flowmeter signal), production tracking and communications allowing remote system monitoring. The system is built with redundant safety interlocks and all operations are performed within the generator cabinet providing a safe and clean operating system.

Pure 3 Series

PureLine’s Pure 3 generator line combines affordability with optimal efficiency and safety. Utilizing three precursors (sodium chlorite, sodium hypochlorite, and hydrochloric acid), the Pure 3 system gives our customers the best in high efficiency, medium to high volume, and safe generation. With low maintenance cost and reliable operation, the Pure 3 system can be built with a simple frame configuration or with a fully enclosed cabinet.

Pure 3 generators were developed for applications that require high volumes of chlorine dioxide in short bursts. The Pure 3 like all of our lines are designed with the customer’s needs in mind. Capable of multiple dosing methods (flow, residual, timer, etc), these generators can be configured to offer remote monitoring and production tracking. Producing chlorine dioxide on demand, there is no need for bulk storage of solution. With an inherently safe design and multiple safety interlocks, the Pure 3 system offers our customers I high level of value for their investment.

Pure 2 Series

Pure 2 is a series of high-performance, two-chemical generators that is available in either high-volume (up to 1,500 lbs.) or low-volume (under 100 lbs.) units. Their advanced design delivers on-demand chlorine dioxide efficiently and safely, and facilitates flow pacing and residual control. Low-volume Pure 2 generators are ideal for applications that less than 1 pound of chlorine dioxide per day – such as small hospitals.

Pure 2 generators are the lowest cost way to get started with onsite chlorine dioxide generation. Scalable for applications requiring less than a pound a day to challenges requiring as much as 5000 lbs/day.

SubDC2 Series

Our submerged DC2 system (SubDC2) line of chlorine dioxide generators is one of the safest generators available. The ClOReactor Assembly consists of a ClOReactor and water powered Eductor contained inside a PVDF lined steel containment shell.

The SubDC2 System is a dual system with one duty chlorine dioxide generator system and one standby system. In the event of high demand, both chlorine dioxide generators can be operated simultaneously, doubling the chlorine dioxide capacity of the unit.

The standard SubDC2 design is based upon maintaining the chlorine dioxide product concentration at or below 1000 ppm. Higher strength solutions (up to 3000 ppm) can be produced by modifying the Eductor and water booster pump design. The SubDC2 is ideal for affordable and safe chlorine dioxide generation from 1 kg/hr. to 30 kg/hr.

SubSC2 Series

Our submerged SC2 system (SubSC2) line of chlorine dioxide generators is one of the safest generators available with the reaction completed in a vacuum ClOreactor tube and process eductor completely submerged in a PVDF lined steel containment shell.

The standard SubSC2 is constructed in three polypropylene clad, stainless steel framed modules, the Water Feed Module, the ClO2 Reactor module, and the Chemical Feed Pump Module. This modular design allows for maximum flexibility in the layout of the Chlorine Dioxide Process to meet site requirements. Alternate configurations (such as fully enclosed cabinet units) are also available.

The system is available with a water booster pump systems, batch tank(s), Injection pumps and automated manifolds that accept external control signals for flow pacing and/or residual control. The SubSC2 is ideal for affordable and safe chlorine dioxide generation from 1 kg/hr. to 30 kg/hr.

VacDC2 Series

Our vacuum DC2 system (VacDC2) line of chlorine dioxide generators is a dual system with one duty chlorine dioxide generator system and one standby system. Utilizing 32% hydrochloric acid and 31% sodium chlorite, PureLine’s VacDC2 generators can realize greater than 95% efficiency, far exceeding competing lines that are only capable of converting lower concentration precursors. 

In each generator the Process Eductor maintains vacuum on the PVDF lined steel ClOReactor and simultaneously mixes the chlorine dioxide from the reactor into the motive water stream to form a 500 to 3000 ppm ClOProduct stream. In addition to the flow, leak and gas monitoring interlocks present in competing systems, the VacDC2 uses a pressure transmitter, mounted to the top of each reactor tube, to safely shut down the chlorine dioxide  process on loss of vacuum in the ClOReactor.

The system is available with a water booster pump systems, batch tank(s), Injection pumps and automated manifolds that accept external control signals for flow pacing and/or residual control. The VacDC2 is ideal for affordable and safe chlorine dioxide generation from 1 kg/hr. to 100 kg/hr.

VacSC2 Series

Our vacuum SC2 system (VacSC2) line of chlorine dioxide generators are designed for ease of operation and maintenance while maintaining the highest safety standards.

The Process Eductor maintains vacuum on the PVDF lined steel ClO2 Reactor and simultaneously mixes the chlorine dioxide from the reactor into the motive water stream to form a 500 to 3000 ppm Chlorine Dioxide Product stream. 

The system is available with a water booster pump systems, batch tank(s), Injection pumps and automated manifolds that accept external control signals for flow pacing and/or residual control. The VacSC2 is ideal for affordable and safe ClO2 generation from 1 kg/hr. to 100 kg/hr.
