Generator Service Plans

Service plans a relationship with PureLine goes on for the life of your generator. The experts that design and manufacture our equipment are the same people that service the generator in the field. With almost 20 years of installation history we have compiled service plans to meet the needs of every type of customer and generator application.

Service Plans

Maintaining the generator with regular preventative maintenance ensures reliable operation and maximizes the useful life of your equipment. As a critical part of maintaining the warranty on your equipment, regular maintenance also ensures maximum efficiency which helps minimize your cost for pre-cursor chemical. Below is a summary of the plans we offer.

Platinum Service Plan

The Platinum (4) preventative maintenance (PM) visits per year.

  • Includes Travel & Expenses, required parts & freight for PM, labor for PM.
  • A defined list of services will be performed during each visit.

Visit #1 (quarterly) includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.

Visit #2 (semi-annual) includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • Change RO membrane.
  • Change RO 4-way valve.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.

Visit #3 (quarterly) includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.

Visit #4 (annual) includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • Change RO membrane.
  • Change RO 4-way valve.
  • Eductor maintenance.
  • Distribution pump re-build.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.
  • Replace electrolytic cells.
  • Includes unlimited emergency visits including T&E.
  • All parts required for repairs are included.
  • Replacement of Electrolytic cells annually if needed.
  • Full engineering phone support.
  • The Platinum Plan now includes a chemical price break. (contact your Pureline Sales Rep for details)

The Platinum Plan is also known as a no worries plan. It encompasses all the benefits of the silver plan but also includes unlimited emergency visits and necessary repair parts. This is a perfect plan for those owners of generators where the operation of the equipment directly affects your day-to-day business. It is also ideal for those that don’t employ a dedicated service staff within their organization.

Silver Service Plan

The Silver plan includes (4) preventative maintenance (PM) visits per year.

  • Includes Travel & Expenses, required parts & freight for PM, labor for PM.
  • A defined list of services will be performed during each visit.

Visit #1 (quarterly) includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.

Visit #2 (semi-annual) includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • Change RO membrane.
  • Change RO 4-way valve.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.

Visit #3 (quarterly) includes:

    • Change RO filters.
    • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
    • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.

Visit #4 (annual) includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • Change RO membrane.
  • Change RO 4-way valve.
  • Eductor maintenance.
  • Distribution pump re-build.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.
  • Replace electrolytic cells if needed.
  • Includes one emergency visit per year up to two days on site including T&E.
  • Parts required for repairs are NOT included.
  • Replacement of Electrolytic cells one time annually if needed.
  • Full engineering phone support.

The silver plan offers the same benefits of the Bronze plan except it includes 4 total PM visits and also includes 1 emergency visit during the year. Perhaps the greatest value of the silver plan is that it includes changing the electrolytic cells during the year. Doing so ensures maximum reaction efficiency and helps keep your chemical costs as low as possible. This plan is perfect for higher production machines that run continuously but that are not necessarily critical for the operation of your business.

Bronze Service Plan

The Bronze plan includes (3) preventative maintenance (PM) visits per year.

  • Travel & expenses are included for each PM visit.
  • Required parts & freight for each PM visit are included.
  • Labor to perform the necessary functions of the PM is included.

A defined list of services will be performed during each visit. Visit #1 includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.

Visit #2 includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • Change RO membrane.
  • Change RO 4-way valve.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.

Visit #3 includes:

  • Change RO filters.
  • Change RO membrane.
  • Change RO 4-way valve.
  • Eductor maintenance.
  • 220 point diagnostic inspection and recalibration.
  • Install corporate upgrades if applicable.
  • Distribution pump re-build.
  • A detailed service report will be submitted electronically within 72 hours of completion.
  • The Bronze agreement does not include any parts other than those explicitly listed above.
  • The Bronze plan now includes a chemical price break. (contact your Pureline Sales Rep for details)

Our Bronze Plan is basic preventative maintenance. This is a great plan for our smaller generators and machines that are run intermittently and not critical to the operation of your daily business.
